THE ALCHEMIST
We are all creators. Whether we know it or not. What a beautiful KNOWING this is to have… to know that we can create any reality for ourselves that we desire. This is no easy task, though. It requires deep surrender to the currents of existence and real skill in working with the elects of life. And, most importantly, patience. The serene energy of the alchemist always makes me think of the fluidity of the serpent. And So I decided to have them be the star of this collection.
The serpent has long been associated with the notion of rebirth and carries the deeply aware energy of our sacral, where the emotional waters of our being tell the story of healing, death, and rebirth. Serpents are also animals that glide very closely to the ground, symbolizing their closeness with the earth. So, to me these pieces are more talismans of groundedness, transformation, and your unique ability to change the world around you.
I chose to color these in red and blue to illustrate the polarizing sides of the emotional spectrum- fire and water. The journey of the alchemist is truly the journey of the magician, who, in learning how to master the elements around them, are able to create whatever they want. When you're wearing the serpent, It's a celebration of the power within you, a celebration of your profound understanding of life's mysteries, and your quest to create the world you envision.
